At the time of booking you will be sent a “disclosure form” (by email or regular mail). This form outlines pertinent details regarding animal energy healing session.s. There will also be a section to fill out and sign which gives Kim Remillard permission to work with your animal friend. Please return the form along with payment and a picture of your animal friend. Mailing address is listed on the form.
