How Energy Healing Helped . . . a Stray Injured Cat Heal Emotionally and Physically

Oscar came into our lives in the spring of 2007. He was a big white scrappin' tomcat and he appeared to have been in some kind of horrible fight. There were blood stains all over his white fur on both sides of his body and head. I really wanted to help him and he seemed to want my assistance. This little injured guy came right to me, lay down on his back at my feet and meowed quite happily while I gave him belly rubs. An immediate trip to the vet helped initially to clean his wounds but also confirmed that he was FIV positive.

I felt I needed to introduce Oscar to Kim immediately. Time was of the essence so Kim worked on him long distance without using a picture. She explained to me the areas of his body where the energy felt blocked and where he felt pain. This information coincided with what I was physically seeing on Oscar’s body. She also helped him to emotionally release any trauma that was stored in his little body and relayed to me who Oscar is as a spiritual being. When Kim finally did see his photographs, she was shocked at how injured he looked and understood why things were so tender on the inside (emotionally/mentally) as well as the outside. Within 3 days Oscar’s wounds began to heal wonderfully well (specifically the lump he had on the side of his throat) and he looked more handsome than ever.

Ultimately, I made the decision to keep Oscar and still today provide him and all my cats with supportive energy healing sessions with Kim. Oscar and Kim have a beautiful working relationship and he loves his sessions with her. She helps Oscar to feel more comfortable in his domesticated life and even teaches him things about sharing a household with other cats and humans. During sessions most of my cats go to a quiet space to connect with Kim, but Oscar just stretches out wherever he is and I can see him delight in the process. He purrs loudly for a while and then eventually goes into a deep restorative sleep.
